It's our show now, kid. The ghost-with-the-most comes to the stage in Beetlejuice JR., the frightfully funny musical based on the beloved motion picture turned Broadway phenomenon. Lydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium.

Production Experience
This 7DA mainstage production offers a fast-paced but FUN education in musical theatre: singing, dancing, and acting, while working towards a culminating production of Beetlejuice JR! Everyone who registers for auditions will receive an on stage role, and no experience is necessary!

Through small group and full cast rehearsals, cast members will receive training in acting, singing, and dance technique. At the end of our rehearsal time together, cast members will showcase their learning in a fully produced production with costumes, sets, props, lights, and special effects!

Tuition & Other Associated Costs
The production fee for this show is $75 and covers all rehearsal time, rehearsal materials, associated production costs, costume fees and cast t-shirt.

Full Schedule
A full rehearsal schedule is attached below. Please look over it closely to make sure your cast member has minimal conflicts with the rehearsal process and zero conflicts with show dates. At auditions you will have an opportunity to tell our Production Team of any known conflicts with the rehearsal schedule. We will take note of these and plan accordingly.

Beetlejuice JR may feature small group and full cast rehearsals. You will be able to mark your calendar for small group rehearsals according to the role your cast member is cast in. We will try our best to honor all conflicts given at auditions!
